Anyhow, Bush also quoted Neitzche. What kind of christian president quotes Neitzche and also doesn’t attribute it. I am sure the speech writer just slipped that in to have fun.
You should always turn on the closed caption because sometimes the captions are different from what he actually said. This one did follow it pretty well… but the new word Marge Noolized was sweet.
Anyhow, if they are turning out 3500 new Iraqi Security Corps a week why do they have only 120 battalions in the entire country, and have this big dire need for more people, and better training, and they are unequipped. He stated all the problems first, then said the figures that makes us look good, so that it seemed as he was giving the speech that the situation was getting better, and people will leave remembering the good part.
